Objectives

The “Manufacturing Technology” course aims to:

• identify different manufacturing families (casting, forming,...etc)

• describe the fundamental physical principles behind how material is shaped or removed.

• manipulate manual machine tools to produce a part according to a technical drawing.

• select the most efficient method for a specific industrial application.
